What?
Two days of intensive Q&A sessions


Over the course of two days you will be interviewed by the top professionals from our interdisciplinary jury. We want the best of the best to win, therefore specialists will be evaluating and giving feedback on every aspect of your project.

The jury consists of 12 experts. They will await you in four different rounds, arranged according to the field of their expertise. The specialists represent the areas of:


During the second day of the finals leading experts will pick only six teams that get the chance pitch their projects at the Grand Finale Gala which will closes the Global Clean Air Summit.

This merit-based score from the Finals will make 80% of the final mark and will be combined with a mark from a following day.

Who can attend?
Up to two team members from 12 selected start-ups. Finals will be closed to the public.

What is provided?
ravel costs, accommodation and full-board catering. You are expected to arrive in Krakow by 23rd of November in order to have time to rest before the big weekend.

Krakow Grand Finale

What?
The Grand Finale Pitch Contest

Evening of 27th of November will bring Smogathon 2017 to an end.

Top six start-ups selected over the course of the Finals will pitch their projects during the closing ceremony of The Global Clean Air Summit.

You will get only five minutes to sell your project to the jury of top officials and professionals. Their mark would be a 20% of your final score and we will add it to the mark you gained during the two previous days.

The winner will get $25,000 in cash and a $75,000 contract from the city of Krakow. After all, the main goal is to make your innovation become a reality!

Who can attend?
op six start-ups chosen during the finals. The event will be held during the closing ceremony of the Global Clean Air Summit with around 300 tickets available online for the public.

Additional Information:
All Smogathon’s finalist (top 12 from the previous stage) are entitled to a presentation space during the Global Clean Air Summit. You can have up to two people in your stand and you will get a chance to show the project to the decision makers.
